Emily Wardle Personal History

 Dearest Isaac and Lily, Awesome week!! Joseph was home nearly all week!  Loved having him here and listening to him and Emmy laugh and joke together  Thanksgiving was awesome!  It was at Ben's house. Taj brought the turkey 2 hours late, but I was so happy that his whole family was there! David played the trombone. Wow. Just wow. And Brinley sang a sing she   Her boyfriend, Peter, sang with her.  After Thanksgiving dinner we headed south with the teardrop. We camped at the Fruita campground. It was cold but awesome! We did the Cassidy Arch Canyon on Friday and hiked the Chimney Rock Loop on Saturday  It snowed this morning - first snow of the year! Oh! And we cleaned out a bunch of stuff in the basement and moved Isaac's car cleaning stuff to the basement  I love you to the moon and back!  Keep up the awesome job you are each doing!! Mom

Dearest Lily and Isaac, I love you guys!  It's so sweet to me to have both of you serving right now.  Dad and I spent several lunch hours and evenings taming our yard and cutting down the jungle in the backyard. Haha Amanda Nelson invited me to go to a yoga class she put together for her Waterford Ragnar team. I'm not doing Ragnar with her, but I LOVED the yoga class!  Amy McKinley was there which was fun. I haven't seen her in a long time.  In addition to taming the backyard, I also cleaned out the front flower beds. It looks pretty awesome! I LOVED my organ lesson on Thursday. Each lesson is so helpful at motivating me to improve while also helping me see my progress.  On Saturday Greg came over and helped us cut down the Aspen trees in the front yard. Harvey came over to help as well.  It was a huge endeavor, but with all that help, it went sooo fast!  Dearest Isaac and Lily, It's been another crazy week with some travel for me... I went to an early morning Endowment session in Taylorsville Tuesday morning because Steph was  having surgery that day.  (Her surgery went super well) I finished my Basic Life Saving class on Tuesday.  I was super nervous but it turned out to be super easy.  I am now certified in CPR etc. I took Hana to do baptisms in the Bountiful Temple on Wednesday.  It was a slower temple but I couldn't get into the Taylorsville temple this week I finished my ecclesiastical endorsement interviews and am now able to register for Evening/Salt Lake Center classes starting Winter Semester.  Eeeek!  Scary! and Exciting! I'm still waiting to hear if they'll allow me to take day classes.  I sure hope so since almost all of the classes I need to take are offered at the EXACT SAME DAY AND TIME in the evenings... I played the organ at the Draper Temple on Thursday - I'm slowly getting...

 Dearest Isaac and Lily, I love you 2 so much!! And I am so grateful for and proud of you! It's been a crazy week for me... I had an organ class on Monday. When I sent a picture of it to Lily, her companion knew where I was! Sister Linford is from my teacher 's(Jan Clayton) ward! Very small world moment. Dad had a little accident with his safety glasses playing racquetball and got a cut under his right eyebrow.  I got to super glue it and steri-strip it.  Maybe I will like being a PA... I had to get all the shopping done on Wednesday evening.  Dad was in Vegas and Emmy was a work/YW, so at least I didn't have to abandon anyone at home alone to get it done. Dad had a work dinner on Tuesday and was in Vegas on Wednesday, so I was all by my lonesome quite a bit.  I finished a Chinese drama and worked on my paint by number...  Dearest Lily and Isaac, You 2 have been on my mind a lot this week.  I am so grateful for you!! I just now realized that Emmy and I had tickets to a Hale Center Play that we forgot to go to on Tuesday.  Sadness... Dad and I went on a couple bike rides this week!  I really enjoy biking with Dad. Dad and I worked on the broken furnace for a while and then decided to just call in a technician.  We got a new furnace on Friday. I played the organ at the temple on Wednesday (I was substituting) and then did a session. Being in the temple is just the best! I had a "birthday lunch" with Rachel, Amanda, and Mom on Thursday. It took us a few weeks to find a day we could all get together. ha ha Dad and I drove out to the Basin on Friday and dropped off the 5th wheel.  It's nice to have the project off our plates.  We're still waiting on the microwave, but that can be installed in the Spring, assuming it ever gets here... I got to play the piano in Primary today....
